Facebook: Styling With Nash Amber

Hey Hey,

Hope you are all doing well. I have been silent on my blog as I have been doing other things. As you know I am in final year on Uni, so that has been keeping me busy and on Saturday I am graduating from The Walk course with Pathway. Woooop!! I blogged about them before on my post...Pathway leading to Life. Have a read if you haven't read before.

On another note, I have been personal styling and have re launched my Facebook Styling page with some of my work. The page is much more interactive, provides more regular tips and images, so if you are on Facebook, search for 'Styling With Nash Amber'.  (In fact..just click the link)

Get involved, comment and share.

Quick Update with me: I have taken my twists out and am currently enjoying my own hair, which is in transition until I decide to relax it again.

Elegant Natural Hair up do.
To achieve this style, I watched a video YouTube by a lady that is completely natural, and thought, 'let me give it a try on my transitioning hair' and it worked! :D

I shall see how this hair journey turns out, but I am feeling this style.

Transitioning Hair Up do.
OOTD On Sunday. I am really feeling the layered look from the back.

.::Styling With Nash Amber Session ::.
As I mentioned I have been Styling away and working with different people on revamping their person style, going shopping, styling them for events and more.

I have literally been doing H2T-IO (Head To Toe, Inside, Out) Styling sessions, and I absolutely LOVE IT! Seeing the transformation even from the first day I meet an individual till when we finish our session is so amazing. Sharing and teaching on how to love yourself past the surface level and bringing out your style.

Check out the Facebook page for some of the snaps and further details.

Daytime look: Stylish headwrap
Get more wear out of your head scarf and wear it as a statement piece around your neck.

Wear a scarf that is different from your main clothes, like in this look. This a cute look that can be worn in the office, for lunch or generally going out somewhere nice. It's simple yet very effective in bringing the look together.

Daytime Look:  For the elegant Lady
Evening Looks: Same dress, 3 different looks.
During my sessions I teach on how to get more wear from your clothes by showing you how to create a number of looks with just one item. <3

Practical female etiquette is an area which I love to cover through the sessions. We all want to be classy, but we don't always consider what it takes to be about that lifestyle through and through. It is more than just looking the part, you have to have it in your heart.

Etiquette defined: The customary code of polite behavior in society or among members of a particular profession or group.
Styling for the bigger chested ladies.
Elegant and Classy over being sexy. Check out the write up on FB.
Same Maxi, 2 looks.
Casual ,feminine and stylish.
'Like a gold ring in a pig’s snout is a beautiful woman who shows no discretion.' - Solomon

Discretion defined: The quality of behaving or speaking in such a way as to avoid causing offense or revealing private information.

A gold ring is of value and class. To find something of such value on the end of a pigs nose does not do the gold ring any justice and makes no sense. The ring represents us women. Yes, we have been likened unto GOLD!!! and the way we speak, carry ourselves and dress can sometimes not bring justice to how beautiful we were created and make no sense. How can something so lovely be found on a pig? How can one so beautiful have such a bad character and no self worth or respect?

Ladies we need to desire discretion and display the beauty entrusted to us in a manner that brings glory to the One who designed us. Modesty is the best policy. Let's polish up well.

It's not about attracting 'pigs', you're worth more than that.

Let's sort it out...
